MOSCOW, October 5 (AVN) -- The Russian presidential Security Council is currently holding a session in the Kremlin to discuss amendments to the natioanl security concept, the Military News Agency learned.
The session, held on the initiative of President Boris Yeltsin, is chaired by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. According to him, the necessity to amend the concept was largely deterrmined by the processes which are underway in the North Caucasus.
