MOSCOW, October 14 (AVN) -- The Moscow City Court on Thursday reversed all prior judgements concerning appiontment of exterior managers at the Mil helicopter plant, the Military News Agency learned.
Exterior management was originally established at the plant by the Moscow Court decision of July 16, 1999, for the term of 12 months.
On Thursday, the court appointed Sergei Belogur the plant's acting manager and charged him with holding a meeting of creditors within two weeks to elect a new manager.
The plant's debt to its creditors amounts to 200 million roubles (about eight million U.S. dollars), including fines and penalties.
