MOZDOK, October 29 (AVN) -- As much as 50 Arab mercenaries have arrived in a guerrila training camp near the Chechen village of Urus-Martan, a source in the federal intelligence in the North Caucasus told the Military News Agency on Friday.
According to him, the mercenaries crossed Georgia legally, using transit visas issued by the Georgian consulate in Turkey. This channel is often used by separatists and is considered the most reliable. Chechen leaders are planning to use it for transportation of their family members to Turkey and other Arab countries in the near future.
