MILITARY PROSECUTION TO FIND LEGISLATIVE BASIS TO RESTRICT INFORMATION FROM CHECHNYA

MOSCOW, November 2 (AVN) - On Friday Military Prosecutor's Board is to have a session to discuss how the generals of the North Caucasus Unified federal troops keep state law.

Deputy Judge Advocate General Grigory Nosov thinks that legislative basis and the order of information restrictions during the combat period in Chechnya are to be additionally regulated by law.

Mass media cause federals fulfilling their anti-terrorist mission in Chechnya a lot of troubles, but from the other hand military men themselves prevent journalists form receiving objective information, that is also illegal, Nosov added.
