Deputy Judge Advocate General Grigory Nosov thinks that legislative basis and the order of information restrictions during the combat period in Chechnya are to be additionally regulated by law.

The Board is supposed to suggest on legislation to satisfy the demand on information and the necessary level of secrecy.
