ROSTOV-ON-DON, November 3 (AVN) - Military commissariats of the North Caucasus military district started to recruit officers for Chechen local military committees.
Major-General Sergey Kucheryavy, Head of the North Caucasus military district personnel department told the Military News Agency that now they recruit only volunteers. Several officers of Chechen origin that have served in Chechen local military committees before express the desire for this service.
Military committees of Shelkovskoi, Naursky, Nadterechny and other freed districts are the priority.
