MOSCOW, November 3 (AVN) - The Tu-160 and Tu-95MS strategic bombers are to start from Ukraine for Engels (Saratov region) at 12.00 and 14.00 and land at 15.00 and 17. 00 Moscow time.
These are the first two of the 11 planes Russia is to receive from Ukraine as gas debts payment.
Lieutenant -general Mikhail Oparin, Long-range air forces commander and Deputy Air forces Chief-of-Staff lieutenant -general Alexander Ionov are to meet the planes in Engels.
