MOSCOW, November 3 (AVN) - Officers of the battalion-regiment-brigade units are to have utilization tour in the North Caucasus, the Military News Agency learned from the Defence ministry personnel department.
When anti-terrorist operation in Chechnya is finished all officers including those who were on utilization tour are to receive special characteristics where their professionalism is to be summed up.
