RUSSIA'S EMERGENCY MINISTER TO VISIT REFUGEES' CAMPS

MOSCOW, November 3 (AVN) - An inter-departmental group lead by the Emergency Minister Sergey Shoigu is to leave for the North Caucasus on Thursday.

The visit is connected with the awful situation of the forced migrants from Chechnya.

The group is to watch the situation in Sputnik and Promsona camps and the Kavkaz checkpoint.

At the meeting with Ingushetia, North Ossetia and Unified Federal troop commanders the members of the group will work over the measures of stabilisation at all checkpoints and providing refugees legal rights in the districts of their temporal housing.
