MOSCOW, November 24 (AVN) - State Duma have passed over a presidential veto on a Law On inserting adding and changes to 11 and 13 articles of the federal law on servicemen status.
329 deputies voted for amendments.
The core of the changes is to cover military men that serve in the Far North and similar zones with district coefficient and percent bonus.
Civilians in this districts have had them during six years.
While rejected an amendments Yeltsin stated that the budget 2000 did not presuppose 1,5 milliard roubles (approximately 60 million U.S. dollars) for them.
