KHABAROVSK, November 30 (AVN) - Viktor Ishayev, governor of the Far Eastern Khabarovsk territory, has signed a decree concerning state support to the local department of the Russian Defence, Athletic and Technical Organisation (ROSTO), a spokesman for the territorial administration said on Tuesday.
The governor ordered corresponding services and departments to consider exemption of ROSTO's territorial bodies from local taxes and duties, the spokesman told the Military News Agency. They will also see whether ROSTO can be provided with benefits in rent and payments for public utilities and communication services, he said.
