MOSCOW, December 1 (AVN) -- Moscow Academy of the Interior Ministry to be organised on the basis of the Interior Ministry's Moscow Juridical Institute, a source in the governmental information department told the Military News Agency.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has already signed the necessary resolution.
