NOVOSIBIRSK, December 1 (AVN) -- General Staff commander Anatoly Kvashnin finished his inspection on Far East and Siberia troops in Novosibirsk.
The general handed the stare of Hero of Russia to Roman Sidorov' mother.
Sidorov graduated from Novosibirsk military institute.
The title was conferred upon him posthumously as he was killed in Dagestan while helping his fiends leave the damaged lorry on the battle field.
