KIEV, December 3 (AVN) - This year Ukrainian elite detachments will exercise special anti-terrorist tactic, lieutenant-general Alexander Chapovsky, Ukraine's national guar commander told the Military News Agency.
Special detachments will pay special attention on mountainous and parachute exercises.
Ukrainian service men will carefully study Russia's experience in Chechnya's anti-terrorist operation.
