PETROPEVLOVSK-KAMCHATSKY, December 3 (AVN) -- Inhabited locality on Nagorny, a spot of motorised-rifle regiment (north-east troops and forces) dislocation is left without light.
Storm wind broke electric lines, a source in the north-east troops and forces staff told the Military News Agency.
Regiment's diesel station can support only military needs, but heating and water supply systems in inhabited districts stopped working.
Since last winter service men's apartments have no hot water.
If municipal services cannot settle the electrification problems on Friday, on Saturday many other Nagorny's life support systems may be spoiled.
