MOSCOW, December 3 (AVN) - Despite previous decision and due to Defence ministry's pressure State Duma dealt with the matter on additional financing federal budget 1999 articles.
Deputies have just passed Federal Law on Changes and Additions to Budget 1999 and directed 9, 46 milliard roubles for national defence from budget's additional income.
Three milliard are presupposed for Chechen operation.
16 more milliard are directed to pay budget organisations debts including defence order.
