MOSCOW, December 3 (AVN) -- Russian federal Security Service is positive about Georgia's suggestions as of November 27 on co-operation and warned Georgia's State Security Ministry of the provocation that Chechen extremists plan against Russian service men in Vaziani base, general Alexander Zdanovich, Federal Security Service assistance department chief said at the Russian information centre.
Guerrillas organise purchasing weapon from the Vasiani base. The deal members are to be arrested just at the deal and thus Russian military men may be accused of selling weapon to Chechen guerrillas, the general stated.
FSB turned to Georgian colleagues to check the information and make necessary steps.
Many Georgian citizens work at Vasiany base and the provocation may influence them, the general added.
