MOSCOW, December 15 (AVN) -- Russian Defence Ministry suffers big losses because of bad suppliers. The sum of losses on signed contracts is about several hundred million roubles and if including economic sanctions it is over 1 milliard roubles (about 37 million U.S. dollars).
