MOSCOW, January 6 (AVN) - Moscow Mayor Yury Luzhkov has seconded Lieutenant-General Mikhail Oparin, the 37th air force army commander's notion on having Moscow government representative in the military council of the detachment, the Military News Agency learned.
Deputy Mayor Valery Shantsev is recommended to take this post. The drafts of the necessary Presidential decree is in the President's administration at the moment.
Shantsev is expected to visit one of the long range aviation detachments, the Military News Agency learned from the 37th air force army.
