MOSCOW, January 17 (AVN) -- One of the two Ukrainian gas-debt TU-160 strategic bombers is currently approaching the Engels airbase in the central Russian Saratov region, a source in the 37th Air Force army command point told the Military News Agency.
The second bomber is late due to unfavourable weather conditions at the Russian base.
