GROZNY, February 11 (AVN) - Specialists from the Emergency Ministry are organising a local department in Grozny, the Military News Agency learned.
The first 38 lorries with people and equipment for this purpose have already come from Mozdok to the Chechen capital.
The department and the Zaschita (Defence) mobile hospital of the All-Russia centre for medicine of catastrophes are expected to be located in the Staropromislovsky district of Grozny.
The specialists of the department will deal with the emergency problems, mine clearing and blasting badly damaged buildings.
