MOSCOW, February 11 (AVN) - Acting President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on regulations of Federal Security Service departments in the Russian Armed Forces and other military detachments, law-enforcement bodies and troops, the Military News Agency learned from the presidential administration.
The present decree cancels the previous similar document of February 19, 1993 and determines the tasks, responsibilities, rights, structure, financial and maintenance schemes of the military counterintelligence and its co-operation with other state structures.
It is expected that the 14-pages document will be published in mass media next week.
