MOSCOW, February 16 (AVN) - The State Duma, lower house of the Russian parliament, approved the list of the bills for the spring session, the Military News Agency learned from the parliamentary committee on Defence.
The bills on amendments and addenda to the federal law on the Interior Ministry troops and to the law on institutions that exercise arresting criminals; the bill on Russian Border Guard Service; the bill on private detective and security services in Russia are to be under the second reading in March.
The bill on amendments and addenda to the federal law on military co-operation with foreign states (especially the chapters connected with the export of military products); on state support of the space industry and infrastructure; on nuclear fuel wastes are to be under the first reading in June.
The bill on amendments and addenda to the articles 15, 23, 24 of the federal law on the status of servicemen will be under the first reading in March - April; on servicemen trade unions are to be under second reading in May; on locating, keeping and dismissing military units in the territory of Russian Federation are to be under the first reading in April.
