MANY GROZNY DWELLERS WANT TO LEAVE CITY FOR GOOD

KHANKALA, March 3 (AVN) - In the past 24 hours Russian Emergency Ministry was restoring oil pipelines and normalising the work of drill-holes in Chechnya, a source in the ministry's regional department told the Military News Agency.

In Shyolkovo and Naura districts it was repairing gas mains and power lines.

According to a source in the federal migration service, its officers started calculation of citizens in two of the Grozny districts a day before. They found that a lot of city dwellers wanted to change their place of residence for other localities in Chechnya and other republics of Russia.
