MOSCOW, March 13 (AVN) - The second military transport with cargo-200, i.e. the bodies of airborne troopers perished at the Chechen village of Ulus-Kert, arrived in the western Russian town of Pskov Monday morning, a source in the Airborne Staff told the Military News Agency.
The mourning ceremony will be held in the club of the 104th airborne regiment. After that there will be a burial service in the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
The heroes will be buried Tuesday. That day is announced a mourning day for the perished airborne troopers and 32 SWAT unit officers killed in action at Shatoi in late February.
It is expected that acting President Vladimir Putin, Defence Minister Igor Sergeyev, Interior Minister Vladimir Rushailo will attend the burial ceremony. Airborne Commander Georgy Shpak will fly to Pskov later on Monday.
