MOSCOW, March 15 (AVN) -- Navy Commander Vladimir Kuroyedov started for Kiev on Wednesday to attend the Thursday meeting of the Black Sea fleet functioning and presence in the Ukrainian territory sub-committee, a spokesman for the Navy Staff told the Military News Agency.
The Ukrainian side at the meeting, which is part of the combined Russian-Ukrainian co-operation committee, will be represented by Alexander Belov, national defence and security council deputy chairman, the spokesman said.
According to him, the meeting is supposed to sign seven following intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements between Russia and Ukraine.
"Concerning the participation of the Russian Federation in the development of the social and economic sphere of the town of Sevastopol and other localities where the Black Sea Fleet is deployed."
"Concerning the conditions of payments for realisation of rights of the Black Sea Fleet servicemen and their family members for training at educational establishments and children pre-schools in the Ukrainian territory on equal basis with the Ukrainian citizens."
"Concerning the admission of rights and relations settlement of the Black Sea Fleet property for residential buildings and other installations in those parts of the Ukrainian territory where the Fleet is deployed."
"Concerning offset settlements for common usage of various installations."
"Concerning the usage of radio waves by the Black Sea Fleet inside Ukraine."
"Concerning the usage of Ukrainian Navy testing and training grounds by the Black Sea Fleet."
"Concerning the usage of the communication and re-translation post in the town of Yalta and the communication post in the village of Pribrezhnoye of the Sudak district."
