KUALA-LUMPUR, April 12 (AVN) - The Yaroslavl shipyard will for the first time demonstrate practically all of its small boats at the 7th international DSA exhibition which is held here at the moment, the Military News Agency learned.
These include the Mercury high-speed boat with an air-cavern, the Chilim amphibious hover-boat of the 20910 Project, The Yastreb high-speed and the Sokol guard boats, Valery Zaitsev, director general of the shipyard told the Agency.
According to him, already in the first days of the exhibition representatives of the shipyard have conducted negotiations with several potential clients. No details have been disclosed.
At the same time, Zaitsev said, the clients were especially interested in the Chilim boat, which is intended for 356 days a year patrolling of coastal waters, rivers and lakes. The boat can also be used for search and rescue and reconnaissance and patrol missions.
