PACE SHOULD PROVIDE TANGIBLE AID TO CHECHENYA

GROZNY, April 12 (AVN) - The recent PACE decision to start the procedure of dismissing Russia from the organisation has caused an amphibolous reaction in Chechnya itself, the Military News Agency learned on Wednesday.

The House of Representatives of the Chechen parliament dismissed by the rebellious government of Ichkeria has issued a declaration, signed by the house chairman Amin Osasyev. The Chechen MPs, who are currently involved in the restoration of authorities of the republic, have warned the European parliamentarians, that "all the attempts to juxtapose the peoples of Chechnya and Russia are doomed."

They have also called PACE to " shift from emotions and cheap populism to tangible aid to the population of the Chechen republic," by sending in foodstuffs, medicines, clothes, and other essentials.
