GUDERMES, May 3 (AVN) - Currently the question on moving the representation of Russia's official envoy Nikolay Koshman from the city of Gudermes to Grozny is not being discussed, a source in the administration of the envoy told the Military News Agency.
Koshman has sent an operative group of the representation to Grozny, where they will provide practical aid to the city authorities and control the restoration works of the city's economic and residential sectors.
