KALININGRAD, May 4 (AVN) - A delegation of the Finnish Navy headed by its commander Vice Admiral Esko Illi will arrive in the Russian Baltic Fleet on Thursday afternoon, a spokesman for the fleet headquarters told the Military News Agency.
Baltic Fleet Commander Vladimir Yegorov will receive the delegation right after it arrives in the fleet's main base in the Kaliningrad region, the spokesman said.
On Friday, the Finnish military will visit the Nastoichivy destroyer and the Khmelevka testing ground to take a look at the armament and military equipment of the Baltic Fleet marines.
The delegation will leave for Helsinki, Finland at 13.25 Moscow time (0925 GMT) on Friday.
