MOSCOW, May 10 (AVN) - The Navy Staff ended the development of a draft Russian-Ukrainian agreement for the Black Sea Fleet, a source in the staff told the Military News Agency.
The document envisages customs exemption for goods and products coming from Russia for supplies to the Black Sea Fleet. After its adjustment in the government and the Foreign Ministry, the draft will be discussed at a regular meeting of the joint Russian-Ukrainian commission for the Black Sea Fleet.
