MOZDOK, May 10 (AVN) - Three people have been detained in Chechnya on charges of illegal arms storage by the law enforcement in the past 24 hours, the Military News Agency learned from the Interior Ministry temporary press-centre on Wednesday.
Two portable antitank grenade-launchers, a Kalashnikov machine gun, several hand grenades, a 200g TNT primer and about 100 cartridges have been extracted, a press-centre official said.
An ammo depot has been exposed and eliminated in the course of a special operation at the old cannery in Grozny. The depot contained over 11,000 cartridges, 120 rounds for a barrel grenade launcher and several dozens of grenades.
