ST.PETERSBURG, May 12 (AVN) - A new JSO has been registered here, a source in the city administration economy and industry policy committee told the Military News Agency on Friday.
The company's name is Aerokosmicheskoye Oborudovanie (Aerospace Equipment). The control block of shares of 51 percent is owned by the state federal property fund, other 49 percent are owned by Russian aviation instruments building enterprises.
The shareholders are the St. Petersburg Pirometr JSO, the United Aviation Equipment Building Consortium, the Tambov Elektropribor plant, the Ulan-Ude instruments building production enterprise, the Rostov clock building plant, a series of others.
At present the company's ownership capital is USD11.5m, but by the end of the year it has to go up to USD106m, Sergei Bodrunov, the firm's director general told the Agency. That will happen after several more companies will complement the already existing 22 consortium's enterprises.
According to Bodrunov, they will be the Kazan instruments plant state unitary enterprise, the Moscow Temp radio factory, the Smolensk Izmeritel plant and the Almetiev Radiopribor plant. The presupposed annual turnover will make about USD100m, Bodrunov added.
