ROSTOV-ON-DON, May 31 (AVN) - A landmine was blown in the disposition of the 255th motorised rifle regiment on the route of a company movement in Volgograd Wednesday at 7.10 Moscow time (0300 GMT), a source in the North Caucasus military district staff told the Military News Agency.
According to preliminary data, three servicemen were killed, 15 wounded. According to another source six were killed and seven wounded.
Medical, fire-fighting specialists as well as prosecutors are working on the spot.
