KALININGRAD, Western Russia, May 31 (AVN) - The regional Federal Border Guard Service (FBGS) department is receiving a delegation of Vietnamese border troops headed by their commander here on Wednesday, a source in the department staff told the Military News Agency.
The Vietnam border guards will stay in Kaliningrad until Saturdy, the source said. They will study the experience of their Russian colleagues in the organisation of border protection, application of technical means and repair base, as well as get acquainted with the equipment and ordnance used by the units deployed here.
The delegation will also visit the local FBGS Military Institute and the Kurshskaya Kosa border outpost.
