MOSCOW, July 4 (AVN) - A Russian military delegation headed by Colonel-General Anatoly Sitnov, head of the Armed Forces armament, arrived in Ukraine on a three-day working visit, a source in the armament department told the Military News Agency.
The trip is effected in accordance with the plan of co-operation between the Russian and Ukrainian Defence Ministries. Head of the Ukrainian Armed Forces armament, Deputy Defence Minister Anatoly Dovgopoly, visited Moscow in January 2000.
During his current visit, Sitnov will meet Ukrainian Defence Minister Alexander Kuzmuk and directors of the republic's leading defence industry enterprises. The Russian delegation will visit the Kharkov Malyshev tank plant and Zaporozhye Motor Sich enterprise.
