MOSCOW, July 7 (AVN) - The Federation Council approved Lieutenant-General Mikhail Kislitsin, former Moscow region prosecutor, as chief military prosecutor - deputy prosecutor general, the Military News Agency learned on Friday.
Kislitsin was born in the village of Ogorodniky, Belarus, in 1950. He graduated from the Opochetsk Air Defence Missile College in 1970, Lenin Military Political Academy military legal faculty in 1977. Worked as an investigator, worked with the prosecutor's offices of the Far Eastern and Siberian military districts, served as first deputy then - military prosecutor of the Baltic Fleet. Was appointed prosecutor of the Moscow military district in May 1993.
He is a candidate of judicial sciences, honorary lawyer of the Russian Federation.
