EUROFINANCE, URALPROMSTROI BANKS AGREE TO CO-OPERATE

NIZHNY TAGIL, South-western Siberia, July 14 (AVN) - A general co-operation agreement between the Eurofinance and the Uralpromstroi banks was signed at the ground of the Uralvagonzavod exhibit at URALEXPOARMS 2000 show, the Military News Agency learned Friday.

"Having signed the agreement in almost 'combat circumstances', the two banks obliged to help Russian defence industry in financing the new weapons development," Vladimir Stolyarenko, the Eurofinance director's board head said. It was not done by chance that the agreement was signed at the Uralvagonzavod ground. The company is considered to be a strategic partner by both of the banks. It helped us to unite the efforts and begin co-operation, Stolyarenko added.
