MOSCOW, August 9 (AVN) - Three young Chechens were detained in the course of preventive operations in Saratov, south-western Russia, the Military News Agency learned.
The data was confirmed by the Federal Security Service (FSB) PR centre.
There are all grounds to suspect the detained whose personalities are identified of preparing a terrorist act. 150 grams of plastic explosives with electric fuze were extracted from them as well as several grenades, an army radio station and narcotics.
