MOSCOW, September 1 (AVN) - The junior artillery officers enlisted after the graduation from civilian educational establishments are being trained in the artillery units of the Moscow military district, a source in the district's artillery department told the Military News Agency.
According to the source, over 100 lieutenants will spend a month in the army mastering their habits and skills necessary for their service. All of them received military education at military departments and faculties.
The officers will be trained by the most experienced instructors of the district including those that took part in the anti-guerrilla operation in the North Caucasus. This year the units' command pays great attention to the adaptation of graduates from civilian institutes to the military service conditions, the source said.
