ST.PETERSBURG, September 1 (AVN) - The commission of the North-western Emergency Ministry centre will start the inspection of the Komi republic's civil defence and emergency situations committee on September 4, a source in the centre's administration told the Military News Agency.
The officers from St. Petersburg will work in Komi for four days checking civil defence structures of Ukhta, Syktyvkar, Ust-Vymsk and Syktyvdinsk districts.
A training in the installations of the Syktyvdinsk wood cutting enterprise will be held on September 6 within the frameworks of the inspection. The commission will check the readiness of the Komi emergency services to eliminate the consequences of chlorine emissions.
