KHANKALA, September 20 (AVN) - Guerrilla emissaries many times bought food and warm clothes from residents of the Chechen Shali, Starye Atagi, Agishty, Gekhi-Chu and Roshny-Chu in September, a source in the unified federal headquarters told the Military News Agency.
Besides locals sell weapons and ammunition to guerrillas.
The bought items are delivered to the mountainous part of the republic mostly to the Nozhai-Yurt district. Several caravans with food and weapons were intercepted and destroyed by the federal units.
