ST.PETERSBURG, October 17 (AVN) - The scientific conference "Information Security Conceptual Problems of the Union of Russia and Belarus" will start in St. Petersburg on Wednesday, a spokesman for the forum organisers told the Military News Agency.
Among the sponsors of the conference are the St. Petersburg State University, the State and Rights Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Federal Security Service (FSB) department for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the security committee of the Union of Russia and Belarus and the Belarussian national security institute, the spokesman said.
The two-day conference will be attended by lawmakers and representatives of the Russian and Belarussian secret services.
