MOSCOW, November 15 (AVN) - Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed a regulation to fund the Emergency Ministry works for liquidation of consequences of the IL-18 Coot crash, which happened near the southern Georgian city of Batumi on October 25, 2000, the Military News Agency learnt on Wednesday.
According to the regulation, the Emergency Ministry will get up to RUR2.5m (USD90,110) from the reserve state fund for prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and consequences of natural disasters.
