PERM, Central Urals, November 17 (AVN) - The council of directors of the local Proton-PM JS decided to release RUR100m worth bonds in the next two years, Vladimir Satuykov, the company's director general, told the Military News Agency.
The main direction of the company's activities is production of liquid-propellant rocket engines for the Proton-M rocket boosters. The company is going to start serial production of the new Angara engine in the nearest future. Besides the Proton-PM is taking part in production of gas pumping installations together with the local Iskra-Energetica and Aviadvigatel enterprises.
According to Mikhail Tsvetkevich, financial director of the company, the bonds will be available both for natural and judicial persons. Potential buyers of the bonds are largest Russian insurance companies, state and private pension funds, banks of perm, Yekaterinburg, Ufa and Moscow. Currently some 180 organisations displayed their interest to the company's bonds.
