SAMARA, Volga region, November 24 (AVN) - A group of Chinese specialists headed by Tao Qin Zhong, deputy director of the Shanghai academy of space technologies, started to work at the Russian Progress state design bureau, Vladimir Aleshin, spokesman for the bureau, told the Military News Agency.
The Chinese experts are checking dynamic characteristics of a rotator developed by them and designed for use in space installations. The bureau made a dynamic bench for testing control system of the orbit motion and modelling methods. The bench was built under China's request. The experts are satisfied with the quality, tempo and progress of the works made by the Russian specialists.
The source noted that the Chinese order was beneficial for the bureau.
