PERM LAW-ENFORCERS TRYING TO MAKE FIRMS' PAY DEPTS TO DETENTION CENTRES

PERM, Central Ural, November 24 (AVN) - Personal security department of SH-320 detention centre located in the Perm region conducted performance check of a number of centre business deals which took place in 1997-1999, a source in the main regional penal jurisdiction department of the Justice Ministry told the Military News Agency.

DAN company in Perm owes the centre more than RUR400m (USD14,33m) in prices of 1997. That was equal to USD1m until the default.

In 1997 the centre which is the completion of all forest camps provided TAN company registered in Tatarstan various kinds of wood and timber. Kazan businessmen paid back with their production which was to be sold by the Perm DAN company in the Kama region. In 1998 DAN company informed the centre that the producing of goods are impossible to be sold due to its low quality and announced its return which never happened.

For now there are law-enforcers to settle this problem.
