STAVROPOL, Southern Russia, November 28 (AVN) - Border guards of the North Caucasus regional department of the Federal Border Guard Service (FBGS) are ready to apply the rules of the visa regime on the border with Georgia beginning with December 5 this year, a source in the department headquarters told the Military News Agency.
Russian citizens (including servicemen of the Russian Trans-Caucasus military group doing their duty in Georgia) willing to cross the border will have to possess foreign passports.
