MOSCOW, December 13 (AVN) - Recruiting offices of the Tver region north-west of Moscow will summon 130 reservists on Thursday to take part in the command-staff mobilisation exercise of the Novozybkovskaya guard missile artillery brigade, a spokesman for the Moscow military district headquarters told the Military News Agency.
The exercise aims to establish interaction between the unit's command and military commandants of the region in war-time mobilisation deployment of the brigade, the spokesman said.
After two days of training, the reservists will deploy six Smerch multiple launch rocket systems in the field. The exercise is supervised by Lieutenant-General Vladimir Zaritsky, chief of the Moscow district's missile troops and artillery.
The exercise started on Wednesday with the brigade headquarters and military commandant's offices training elaboration of necessary mobilisation documents.
