MOSCOW, December 18 (AVN) - A 12-strong group of officials from the State Duma lower house of Russian parliament and the ombudsman administration will operate in units and formations of the Kubinka aviation garrison in the Moscow region this week, a spokesman for the headquarters of the Moscow air force and air fefence district said on Monday.
The group works in accordance with the federal constitutional law "Concerning Russian Ombudsman", the source told the Military News Agency. It will set up the ombudsman's temporary reception room in the garrison and study the everyday life of servicemen, their family members and civil personnel, also paying attention to the education process, conditions of housing, equipment and armament storage, as well as guard duty organisation and terms of military detention.
