MOSCOW, January 19 (AVN) - The 300th tank regiment of the Visla motorised rifle division organic to the 22nd general army will hold a tactical training with field firing at the Gorokhovets testing ground of the Moscow military district from January 26 to February 2, a spokesman for the district headquarters told the Military News Agency.
The regiment under command of Colonel Alexander Shevchuk will practise tactical operations in close to combat conditions, including application of various means and forces and their interaction with command bodies.
The training will be supervised by the 22nd general army commander, Major-General Alexei Merkuriev.
